QuickTalker FT allows message records by entering recording mode. This process is fully detailed on the label on the back of the device as well as the product's QuickStart Guide.
If you are unable to record a message, here are some common reasons to review;
- The device may be locked. To enable/disable the lock feature, press and hold the Record and Level buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. When activated/deactivated, you should see all the LED’s flash twice, then turn off.
- The memory may be full or corrupted. (The record indicator lamp lights up orange). To erase all messages and clear the memory, press and hold the record button down for 20-30 seconds. When the device has fully erased, you will hear 2 short beeps indicating the process completed.
